Job summary

Climate Impact Partners is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will support the analysis and improvement of our sales and marketing funnel—bringing structure, visibility, and insights to our GTM reporting.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales, finance, digital, and leadership teams to understand performance drivers and ensure accurate data to operate effectively. We are looking for an analyst-first mindset; you’ll bring technical craft while learning

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in GTM analytics or RevOps.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to clean data.
• Experience building BI dashboards in a BI tool.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Clear communication of insights to non-technical readers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across the full GTM funnel—from lead generation to revenue and surface insights.
• Track key metrics and build dashboards to support visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, digital and leadership to understand drivers.
• Ensure data quality and forecasting inputs are accurate and timely.
• Identify gaps and streamline data processes and CRM workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
