Job summary

Serve First CX is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in the United Kingdom to own the reporting and enablement backbone of our sales function. You will transform CRM and pipeline data into dashboards, forecasts, and insights, ensuring the sales team has the tools and messaging to act on them.

With deep HubSpot expertise and Claude-assisted workflows, you will synthesize data into leadership-ready summaries, support revenue forecasting, and onboard SDRs and AEs on the CRM and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar reporting/enablement role.
• Track record of building dashboards and reporting frameworks used by leadership.
• Experience onboarding or enabling sales teams (SDRs/AEs).

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot for leads, deals, revenue, and forecasts.
• Track key sales metrics and deliver weekly/monthly performance insights to leadership.
• Use Claude to accelerate reporting and produce leadership-ready summaries.
• Sales Enablement: Onboard SDRs and AEs on HubSpot, Claude workflows, and sales processes.
• CRM & Data Management: Own HubSpot as the core CRM and ensure data hygiene.
• Sales Process & Pipeline: Maintain standardized stages and monitor bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Share lead quality data with Marketing and provide data to Finance.
