Confirm is expanding its Revenue Operations function in the United Kingdom. The role puts you in charge of end-to-end reporting for existing business, from renewals to retention, and you will own compensation plans for the customer-facing teams.

You will work with Salesforce and SQL to build dashboards, identify at-risk accounts, and surface opportunities for expansion. The role reports to the VP Revenue Operations and offers a chance to shape data-driven decisions company-wide.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in revenue, customer or commercial analytics in B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to explain GRR, NRR and renewal rate to non-specialists.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with CRM analytics.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end reporting and analysis for existing business metrics.
• Build and maintain customer health and risk reporting to flag at-risk accounts early.
• Analyse life-cycle metrics and cross-sell opportunities across the installed base.
• Define shared retention KPIs and ensure consistent interpretation.
• Design and measure retention and expansion experiments, report results.
• Own compensation administration for the customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to inform forecasts and monthly packs.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Analytics Engineer on data definitions.
