Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in London. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our sales efficiency, revenue growth enablement, and operational infrastructure. Partnering closely with sales leadership, finance, and marketing, you will own our HubSpot CRM ecosystem, optimize the sales funnel, streamline pipeline forecasting, and ensure our sales organization is equipped with the data and tools necessary to scale effectively across UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Administration & CRM Architecture
  • Own the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of our HubSpot CRM platform (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, and Service Hub).

  • Build and manage complex deal pipelines, custom properties, workflow automations, sequences, and lead scoring models.

  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene, enforce user permissions, and ensure full compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR).

  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party apps and enrichment tools within the HubSpot app marketplace.

2. Sales Strategy & Performance Analytics
  • Partner with sales leadership to define sales targets, territory planning, quota setting, and compensation structures.

  • Design, build, and maintain real-time HubSpot dashboards and custom reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rates, average deal size, sales velocity, and pipeline coverage.

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy analyses to identify operational bottlenecks and revenue risks.

3. Process Optimization & Enablement
  • Streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and customer onboarding.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement standardized best practices to shorten sales cycles.

  • Collaborate with Enablement and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and effective utilization of HubSpot templates and sales collateral.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work hand-in-hand with Finance on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and commission calculations using HubSpot revenue intelligence data.

  • Align with Product and Marketing to feed customer insights and market feedback back into product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Support enterprise deal structuring, complex RFP responses, and contract workflows within the sales pipeline.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration (HubSpot Certifications preferred) or similar CRM.

  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies and executive-level summaries.

  • Commercial Mindset: Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or SPIN), and quota-capacity modeling.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.

  • Comprehensive pension scheme and private healthcare coverage.

  • Flexible hybrid working model from our central London office.
