Job summary

Proprec, a leading manufacturing group established for over 30 years in Tamworth, is seeking a Returns Coordinator/Receptionist to join its well‑established team. This dual‑role combines front‑of‑house responsibilities with key administrative support for the returns process.

Office‑based, 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £27,500 depending on experience. You will handle debit notes, respond to returns queries, liaise with internal and external partners, and maintain accurate

• Experience in customer service or administrative role is essential.
• Reception/front‑of‑house experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. Sage) is required.

Responsibilities

• Process debit notes and credits using internal systems.
• Respond to returns‑related queries via a shared inbox and coordinate with teams.
• Investigate discrepancies including pricing and debit queries.
• Coordinate returns and collections with internal departments, sales, and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate records through scanning and archiving documentation.
