Job summary

BMW Group UK is seeking a Retailer Performance Manager to drive performance across the UK retailer network. You will design measures, analyze retailer data, and coordinate with Business Partners and Area Managers to meet KPIs and commercial targets.

Based at Summit One Campus in Farnborough, you will lead the NSC performance programmes and oversee retailer follow-up actions to ensure effective reporting and continuous improvement across the sales and aftersales KPIs.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in Business Administration / Management, Economics or Automotive Management.
• Demonstrated years in retail and wholesale experience in automotive sales.
• Strong process orientation and ability to drive change projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and design measure content, goals and milestones using data-supported assessment of performance at retail partners.
• Enforce granular performance management through data-based decision-making and action-oriented implementation.
• Prepare data analysis and insights to support retailer performance reviews and KPI agreements.
• Support selection of measures based on impact, feasibility and potential.
• Provide and evaluate retailer data analyses to define follow-up measures and support field force reviews.
• Develop and extend the toolbox to drive partner development and report to NSC committees.
