Job summary

BMW Group UK is seeking a Retailer Performance Manager based in Farnborough (Summit One Campus) to drive performance across the UK retailer network. You will shape measure content, set goals and milestones, and coordinate with Business Partners and Area Managers to achieve commercial targets.

Using data-driven insights, you will support retailer reviews, define follow-up actions, and ensure effective reporting to NSC committees, while employing Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools to enhance analysis

Qualifications

Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management, Economics, or Automotive Management.
Demonstrated years in retail and wholesale experience in automotive sales.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with ability to drive change.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and design measure content, goals and milestones using data-supported performance assessments at retail partners.
Enforce data-based decision-making and implement actions for performance improvement.
Prepare data analyses and insights to support retailer performance reviews and KPI agreements.
Collaborate with NSC stakeholders to support measure-related areas and reporting.
Manage the NSC performance programme and follow-up measures to achieve commercial targets.
