Zusammenfassung

BMW Group UK is seeking a Retailer Performance Manager to drive performance across the UK retailer network. You will coordinate with the Business Partner and Area Managers to ensure targets on premium market share, orders, retails, parts and KPIs are met, while leading NSC performance programmes.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and experience in automotive retail with a proven change-management track record.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum years in retail and wholesale automotive sales experience.
• Strong process orientation across automotive retail and change initiatives.
• Senior-level interaction with NSC stakeholders and retailer management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Define and design measure content, goals and milestones using data-supported performance.
• Enforce granular performance management via data-driven decisions and actions.
• Prepare data insights to support retailer performance reviews and KPI targets.
• Support the selection of measures based on impact and feasibility.
• Provide further retailer analyses to define follow-up actions.
• Develop toolbox usage and propose measures for partner development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support all measure-related areas.
• Control results and documentation; report to NSC committees.
