Job summary

BMW Group Financial Services Farnborough invites a placement-year student to join our Sales Development team. You’ll support Area Managers and help enhance the retailer and customer experience across our network, while building stakeholder relationships and delivering data-driven insights.

Work will involve analysing performance data, maintaining reporting, and ensuring the customer journey remains compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
• Strong numeracy and literacy with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; proactive and independent.
• Able to network across teams and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Managers and contribute to retailer experience improvements.
• Develop and maintain reporting insights for the Sales Development team.
• Ensure the customer journey is optimised and compliant across BMW Group networks.
• Coordinate with Operations to identify best collaboration approaches and harmonise objectives.
