VWFS UK is seeking a Retail Sales Performance Insight Analyst in Milton Keynes to drive retailer performance through data, reporting and commercial insight. The role blends analysis of sales, renewals, aftersales, and finance performance with supporting dealer performance reviews and forecasts.

You will build dashboards and reports using Tableau Prep/Desktop/Server and Excel, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for senior stakeholders across the network.

Formación

• Experience in analytical, insight, reporting or BI role within financial, automotive or similarly regulated commercial environment.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with Tableau Desktop/Prep and advanced Excel.
• Experience producing performance reporting and dashboards to support commercial decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong numerical, problem-solving and organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain and develop reporting/insight solutions using Tableau Prep/Desktop/Server, Excel and data tools for sales performance.
• Produce regular and ad hoc analysis across 800+ dealership network KPIs (sales, renewals, aftersales, finance).
• Monitor data quality, investigate queries and resolve reporting issues for accurate information.
• Support sales forecasting, performance tracking and dealer performance reviews with clear insights.
• Collaborate with Regional Development Consultants, Sales Compliance, Heads of Sales and others to gather requirements and communicate findings.
• Manage competing priorities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
