Job summary

Sytner Tamworth BMW is seeking a New BMW Sales Performance Manager to join our high-achieving Sales Leadership Team and drive excellence across the customer and colleague journey. You will lead and coach the New BMW Sales team, drive new car volume and profitability, and use data to raise conversion and standards.

You’ll report to the BMW Sales Manager and collaborate with the wider Retailer leadership team to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales or sales leadership in a prestige environment.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills with a focus on high standards.
• Data-driven approach to improving conversion, profitability and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the New BMW Sales team to consistently perform at a high level.
• Drive new car volume, profitability, finance, retention and Manufacturer performance targets.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and ensure all interactions reflect BMW and Sytner standards.
• Utilise performance data to identify opportunities and raise sales performance.
• Collaborate with fellow Sales Managers and Retailer leadership to achieve Tamworth's best results.
