Job summary

URBN UK Limited, part of the URBN Group, is recruiting a Business Analyst to act as the main liaison between the IT department and business teams for Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and Free People. The role spans multiple brands, including a strong retail focus, to analyse processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions that boost efficiency and growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams to document requirements, model current and future processes, and help drive QA testing for

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail Systems – PLM, PIM, ERP, POS, Planning, Allocation, Supply Chain, Marketing, Ecomm, Finance.
• Experience with B2B and B2C solutions in Retail/Wholesale.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level triage of complex issues, analyze options, explain impact and partner with internal teams for best solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across departments.
• Develop and maintain business process models showing current and future states.
