Job summary

URBN UK Limited, part of the URBN Group with brands Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and Free People, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge IT and business teams in London.

You will analyze processes, document requirements, model business processes, and support QA for large projects across retail verticals. Fashion retail experience is a plus, with strong stakeholder collaboration and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with Retail systems (PLM, PIM, ERP, POS).
• Exposure to B2B and B2C retail solutions.
• Fashion retail experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Triage complex IT issues and coordinate with internal teams to identify best solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements across departments.
• Develop and maintain business process models showing current and future states.
• Develop and execute QA test plans for enhancements and large projects.
• Coordinate project activities across business, technical and IT stakeholders.
• Assess projects, re-prioritize tasks, perform risk assessments and evaluate alternatives.
