Matalan is seeking a Team Manager to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver a great shopping experience. You will drive sales, model exceptional customer service, and ensure store standards are maintained from opening to closing.

A strong background in fashion or homeware retail and proven leadership are essential. You will motivate colleagues, respond to customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining VM standards and cost-conscious

Qualifications

• Fashion or Homeware retail experience.
• Confident communicator who can engage and motivate others.
• Evidence of leadership experience.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and drive ideas.
• Knowledge of operational processes and cost awareness.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales targets and explore sales opportunities.
• Be a role model of outstanding customer service, Matalan values and passion for retail.
• Lead the implementation of seasonal layouts and visual guidelines throughout the store.
• Open and close the store.
• Upskill team members and give regular feedback to drive performance.
