Matalan is seeking a Team Manager to be a role model for our values, optimise store sales and lead a high-performing team. You’ll coach and motivate teammates, act in the store’s absence for the Store Manager, and use customer feedback to create a great shopping experience.

You’ll be driving sales opportunities, exemplifying outstanding customer service, and supervising seasonal layouts while maintaining VM standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in our retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion or homeware retail role.
• Confident communicator who can engage and motivate others.
• Evidence of leadership experience.
• Understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive ideas.
• Knowledge of retail operations and cost awareness.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability to change.
