Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Cardiff is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, support day-to-day store operations, and help drive sales.

You'll work 16 hours weekly with flexible shifts, including Sundays, and receive benefits such as holiday allowance and staff discounts.

Training is provided for any special services, and you will be instrumental in creating a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (sales, profit, service).
• Ability to help others develop their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations with the management team.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presentable.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Assist in achieving targets.
