Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to energise the team and help drive store performance in Hemel Hempstead. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, support management, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll use your supervisory experience to motivate staff, hit sales targets, and maintain store standards. Training for piercing services is provided, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and keep energy high in a fast‑paced environment.
• Drive sales and support day‑to‑day management of the store.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store looks its best; reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Deliver customer service that keeps people coming back.
