Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Newport is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team with day-to-day store operations, drive sales and deliver great customer service.

You’ll lead a small team, keep shelves stocked, handle till accuracy, and participate in training. 16 hours per week with potential extra hours; £13.50 per hour. Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced store to hit targets.
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Support day-to-day store operations with the management team.
