Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Tonbridge is hiring a part-time Supervisor to support day-to-day store operations at Tonbridge Retail Park. You will help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist management in keeping shelves stocked and the store running smoothly.

With 16 hours per week and flexible shifts, you’ll gain training opportunities, lead a team, and contribute to a high-energy retail environment that rewards performance and a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver friendly customer service to keep customers coming back.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking at its best, help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Play a key part in helping the team hit targets and maintain smooth running.
