Waitrose & Partners UK is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Waitrose shops. You’ll lead with a customer-focused approach, support the management team, and help maximize sales and profits while maintaining high standards of service.

You will oversee stock, online orders, and day-to-day shop operations. The role requires strong leadership, retail knowledge, and stakeholder handling to ensure a smooth, compliant, and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and store operations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and third parties.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Support the shop's management team with managerial tasks and assist across shop areas to meet customer demand.
• Ensure Partners operate safely and in line with legal requirements.
• Fulfil online customer orders for drivers to deliver to customers’ doors.
• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and well-organised.
• Collaborate with the wider shop team, including checkout and Click & Collect tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve shop performance and reduce waste.
