Waitrose & Partners in Poole is seeking a Team Leader for one of our shops. You will support the shop management, lead Partners, handle customer orders, and drive stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and correctly placed.

Collaborate with the wider shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders, while driving commercial performance and maintaining safety and standards. A proactive, customer-focused leader will thrive here.

Competenze

• Leadership and people management experience in a retail environment.
• Understanding of retail dynamics and how to maximise commercial success.
• Experience working in customer-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management when working with third parties and the wider Partnership.

Mansioni

• Support the shop's management team with managerial tasks and work with all other areas of the shop to meet customer demand.
• Ensure Partners are operating in a safe and legal manner.
• Fulfil online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver to customers’ doors.
• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed.
• Collaborate with the wider shop team for checkout support, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Contribute ideas to improve the operation and drive commercial performance.
• Help reduce wastage through product due diligence and timely markdowns.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
