Job summary

Rituals is looking for the go-to person in our Manchester shop who can deliver amazing customer service from browse to buy, and win at sales while inspiring teammates. You’ll be the problem-solver customers and colleagues trust, keep the boutique running smoothly, and stay current with product stories through training and workshops, including evenings and weekends.

Represent Rituals by following safety standards and rocking the brand look.

Qualifications

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck and you help them master the Feel-Good Experience.
You enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready for more responsibility.
You’re available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
