Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a supervisor-like role in retail to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales while guiding teammates. You will maintain strong product knowledge and lead by example, ensuring smooth boutique operations and a welcoming customer journey.

You’ll be an experienced retail professional with a keen eye for detail, available during opening hours including evenings and weekends, and capable of mentoring others to reach targets and uphold Rituals’
