Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our boutique. You will share product stories, mentor teammates, and uphold brand standards while keeping the shop running smoothly during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

You are likely already at supervisor or team-leader level in retail, with a strong drive to hit targets, an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for helping customers feel the Feel-Good

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisor or team leader role in retail or customer-driven settings.
Strong motivation to meet performance targets.
Excellent attention to detail; organised and structured work style.

Customer-focused mindset with willingness to take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

Deliver amazing customer service from browsing to purchase.
Drive sales and set a positive example for the team.

Support opening/closing duties and maintain smooth boutique operations.
