Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is looking for a go-to person who delivers exceptional customer service and shares product stories to connect with every customer. You’ll excel at hitting personal targets while guiding others by example and keeping the boutique running smoothly.

You’ll be a confident problem-solver, represent the Rituals look, and stay up to date with training. Evening and weekend availability is required to match store opening hours and team needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor or team-leader role in retail or customer-driven settings.
• Strong motivation to hit performance targets and deliver great service.
• Eye for detail, organized, and able to coach others by example.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service and share product stories to inspire buying.
• Win at sales and lead by example to lift the whole team’s performance.
• Be the trusted problem-solver for customers and colleagues in-store.
