Job summary

Skydance is hiring a Retail Team Leader for the Harry Potter Shop at King’s Cross. You’ll lead store operations, support Retail Assistants, and partner with the Store Manager to uphold exceptional customer service and store presentation.

Role includes scheduling, sales analysis, and merchandising duties, with shifts across early mornings to late evenings. Onsite work required in London; 40 hours weekly, five days over seven.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail environment with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience training or supporting development of staff in an immersive retail setting.
• Experience maintaining high merchandising, stock replenishment and shop presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team briefs to set the team up for their shift.
• Set sales targets and report sales figures; motivate the team to hit them.
• Train existing staff and new starters on policies, procedures and products.
• Develop monthly rotas and daily deployment plans.
• Support basic HR tasks including lateness and attendance monitoring.
• Handle cash and manage transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Engage customers with product demonstrations.
