Job summary

Skydance is seeking an Admissions Host for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. You will be an ambassador greeting visitors and ensuring they have a fun, seamless experience.

Contracts range from 24 to 40 hours per week and include weekend shifts. Normal hours are 7am–10pm, with occasional later duties. Onsite only, with pension and healthcare options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a visitor-focused, customer service or retail environment.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Ability to absorb written communications and transfer information to visitors.
• Knowledge of the Harry Potter film series and wider Wizarding World (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with and assist visitors to maximise enjoyment of the Studio Tour.
• Resolve issues and collect visitor feedback.
• Manage cloakrooms, information desks, car parking and phone systems.
• Follow procedures and handle administration and paperwork.
• Display confidence on Galaxy ticketing system and cash handling.
• Stand for up to 4 hours, light lifting, and outdoor work; occasional training outside core hours.
