Job summary

Superdrug Stores Buxton is seeking a Supervisory team member to help lead the store and support the management team in delivering exceptional customer service.

The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and coaching colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 16 hours per week with flexibility, £13.50 per hour, and potential for additional hours are available. Prior supervisory retail experience is preferred; piercing services training is provided.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors and contribute to hitting targets.
