Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Manchester is looking for a Supervisor to lead a small team and support the daily running of the store. This part-time role involves motivating staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining stock levels and store appearance.

You will work 16 hours a week with the possibility of more hours, in a busy high-street setting, contributing to shrinkage control and till accuracy while fostering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.
