Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team at our Slough location. You will support management with daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while keeping stock replenished and tills accurate.

The role requires previous supervisory or team leader experience in retail, a solid understanding of KPIs such as sales, profit, and service, and the ability to mentor teammates. Piercing services training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop others in a team setting.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided; not essential to the role).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support management with day-to-day store operations and visual standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment, till accuracy, and loss prevention.
