Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) seeks a store-based professional to blend shop floor duties with team coaching. You will partner with the Store Manager on rosters, sales strategies and customer happiness, while handling product questions and back‑office tasks to keep the store thriving.

You will coach colleagues, help drive targets, and maintain a polished brand image during evenings and weekends. Growth opportunities and strong perks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Flexible to evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and buddying colleagues.
• Be the product expert by answering complex questions and demonstrating products.
• Own operations: rota management, inventory, cash handling, and back‑office tasks.
• Develop your team and drive targets with engaging coaching and incentives.
• Be a brand ambassador with a polished, luxury-boutique presence.
