Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) in Glasgow seeks a capable supervisor to lead a small team, delivering a Feel-Good Experience from browsing to purchase. You’ll coach colleagues, drive sales, maintain shop standards, and ensure safety and product knowledge through training and workshops.

You’ll balance customer care with providing leadership during opening hours including evenings and weekends. You’ll be available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends, and you’ll strive

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• Eye for detail, organised and structured.
• Colleagues come to you when they're stuck; you help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
• Enjoy working with customers and taking on more responsibility.
• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service and share product stories that connect with every customer you meet.
