Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a beauty and wellbeing enthusiast who thrives on coaching people and delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

Lead in your Store Manager's absence, partner on rosters and sales plans, become the product expert, own operations, coach your team, and be a brand ambassador delivering our Feel Good Experience, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in Store Manager's absence and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Answer complex customer questions and demonstrate products.
• Manage back-office tasks including cash handling and inventory.
• Coach and develop the team to hit targets in a fun way.
• Represent the brand as a polished ambassador.
