Job summary

Lush in Glasgow Fort is seeking a Supervisor to lead the seasonal, part-time team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coach colleagues, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming shop environment.

The role involves managing daily operations, supporting the store manager, and promoting a positive team atmosphere with strong communication. Hours are 16–20 per week, with ongoing interviews and a 2 November 2026 start date.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and coaching staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and onboard new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team with coaching and feedback.
• Engage customers with a warm welcome and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and stock levels.
• Support store targets with team motivation and innovative approaches.
• Organise in-store events and ensure staff are trained for them.
