Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a proactive Supervisor to help run the shop floor, support colleagues, and uphold brand standards across the store.

In this role you will assist with opening/closing, cashing up, till operations, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting the full product range.

You will contribute to presentation and store performance, and support management in delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high service, presentation and store operations.
• Genuine interest in retail, awareness of trends, and ability to promote brand values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers and resolving queries.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and guiding customers to products.
• Maintain shop floor presentation and brand standards through clean, organized, and visually aligned spaces.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening/closing, cashing up, and till operations.
