Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Supervisor to lead on the shop floor in Greater London, ensuring warm, brand-led customer experiences and strong daily performance. You will translate priorities into action and support the team to perform with confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or a service-led environment.
• Ability to guide and coach colleagues on customer conversations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example delivering warm, personal, brand-led customer experiences.
• Coach and support team during shifts with clear expectations.
• Support onboarding and training of new starters.
• Balance operational tasks with maintaining excellent service on the shop floor.
• Escalate issues to store management when needed.
