Responsible for store performance, people development and local engagement, you will shape culture, coaching, and decision-making to drive growth and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store.
• Strong customer and brand experience focus.
• Commercially aware with P&L and KPIs.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Calm, decisive and solutions-focused.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary brand guardian and ensure premium customer interactions.
• Lead delivery of end-to-end customer experience across channels.
• Develop talent through feedback, coaching, and performance conversations.
• Own store performance, including sales, payroll, stock, and profit.
• Plan for peak trading periods and optimise visual merchandising.
