The White Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, leading the team, and driving store performance in Wimbledon. You will translate plans into action, uphold brand standards, manage daily operations, and support recruitment and development of colleagues.

You’ll be a visible leader on the shop floor, comfortable coaching others, and taking ownership during busy periods to ensure a calm, premium shopping experience

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or assistant management in retail.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues on the shop floor.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and store priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Coach team on service delivery and customer conversations.
• Oversee store standards, visuals and stock management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
