Screwfix in Gateshead is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store service and uphold high standards across operations. You will guide customers to the right products, mentor a small team, and ensure smooth daily shop floor activities.

As the role involves customer-focused sales, you’ll drive excellent service, manage stock and cash processes, and contribute to a positive team culture through shift leadership and collaboration.

Formación

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service with ability to translate into sales.
• Curious, continuously improving and passionate about the business.
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, and hardworking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-store, set an example, guide customers to products and simplify their shopping.
• Ensure store standards including cash reconciliations, audits, stock management and customer queries.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, productive store environment.
