Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead front-line selling and deliver world-class game day experiences in-store and at venues.

You will drive results through clear communication, strong people leadership, and disciplined execution of sales plans, using revenue targets, per cap and UPT to inform decisions. On-site role at Trinity Leeds, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, fan-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at supervisor level in high-street or comparable retail.
• High fashion background with merchandising experience and strong product presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against customer-focused KPIs in fast-paced retail/venue settings.
• Working understanding of profit and loss to influence on-floor decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and coach team to standard of service.
• Partner with Management on daily store operations and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain stockroom and back-of-house standards to support product availability.
• Drive sales by executing plans, meeting targets and delivering a fan-first experience.
