ROLE OVERVIEW

The Retail Supervisor plays a critical role in the store and/or venue, assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for fans by leading the front‑line selling effort. The Retail Supervisor drives results through effective communication, team building, and execution of sales and operations plans — utilizing business metrics including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT to inform decision making. The Retail Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI‑enabled insights.

  • Partner with the Management Team on daily store operations, ensuring seamless coordination across selling, back of house, and customer service functions.

Communicate expectations clearly for assignments and projects to all employees under your supervision, ensuring alignment and accountability.

  • Provide onboarding support and ongoing training to new and existing associates, building a high‑performing, fan‑first team culture.
  • Deliver timely, constructive feedback to associates based on observed performance, fan feedback, and knowledge of the work environment.
