Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Liverpool to greet fans, tailor recommendations, and uphold Fanatics’ high standards on the sales floor. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience during game days and events.

Responsibilities include building product knowledge, assisting with transactions, and maintaining store presentation. Availability for extended hours on game days is preferred to support busy events at Fanatics

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers and make personalized recommendations.
