Qualifications

• Proven experience at supervisor level, senior retail assistant, or above within a high‑street or comparable retail environment.
• High fashion background with merchandising experience, strong eye for presentation.
• Experience delivering against customer‑focused KPIs in fast‑paced retail or venue.
• Working understanding of profit and loss, using metrics to influence decisions.
• Strong communication to set expectations, provide feedback, motivate a team.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities and timescales.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and committed team player with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Management on daily store operations.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to associates.
• Deliver feedback based on performance and fan feedback.
• Lead customer engagement on the floor with world‑class service standards.
• Train staff to deliver fan-first interactions reflecting the Fanatics brand.
• Use fan feedback to raise the bar on service quality.
• Champion a welcoming store environment for every fan.
• Identify opportunities with data to improve selling floor.
• Suggest process improvements in stockroom and back of house.
• Embrace new tools to improve store performance.
