From a strong merchandising background to a hands-on approach, you will use revenue targets, per cap, and UPT metrics to guide decisions and improve fan engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Forces on leadership and supervision in retail environments.
• Strong merchandising eye with presentation skills.
• Track record of achieving customer KPIs in fast-paced settings.
• Understanding of P&L and using metrics for decisions.
