Screwfix Direct Ltd is looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations in Belfast. You’ll guide customers to the right products, uphold store standards, and support a busy team to deliver excellent service on a fast-paced retail floor.

The role emphasises customer-focused leadership, in-store governance, and collaborative team culture with opportunities for development and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, with ability to translate to sales
• Curious, ever-questioning and always improving
• Passionate about the business
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, guiding customers to the right products
• Store standards – cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management
• Part of the team – work with colleagues and have fun while delivering store results
