Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and drive energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Support day-to-day running of the store and management team.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to keep customers returning.
• Maintain shelves, reduce shrinkage, and minimise till errors.
