Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Southampton is hiring a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll support the management team with day-to-day store operations, ensure shelves are stocked, and help cut shrinkage and till errors.

You will motivate colleagues, train new staff, and strive to hit targets in a friendly, energetic environment. Part-time role with flexible shifts and 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the store team to maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to every shopper.
• Support the management team with day-to-day running and stock levels.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors to keep store operations smooth.
• Contribute to hitting targets and ensuring the store looks its best.
