Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Seaford is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced high street setting. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the store hit targets while keeping shelves stocked and presentable.

You’ll work 16 hours a week with flexible shifts across seven days. The role offers training, a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to grow within a nationwide health and beauty retailer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (sales, profit and service).
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).
