Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB. You will work as part of the store management team to help drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards, covering the Store Manager when absent.

The role is a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week across varied days and shifts, and OB is open to flexible working discussions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Explain and implement rota across a fixed hours per week contract; discuss flexible working.
