Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB. As an OB Supervisor, you will work as part of the store management team to help drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards.

This will be a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week across a variety of days and shifts. Your rota will be communicated in advance by your line manager, and we are open to conversations about working flexibly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
• Positivity, vibrancy and ready to take on anything.
• Kind, helpful and considerate towards customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales through exceptional customer service and uphold outstanding operational standards.
• Manage the store in the Store Manager's absence and assist the team.
• Lead daily briefings on targets and focus areas with the team.
• Oversee cash handling, till transactions and reconciliation.
• Ensure shelves are fully merchandised and replenishment is managed.
• Uphold health, safety and security guidelines across the store.
